Cancelling your subscription

Sign in on the website and open the My subscription page.
Tap “Cancel”. For a TRY (iyzico) subscription you confirm on the same page; for a subscription paid through Paddle you confirm on the Paddle page that opens.
Plan features stay available until the last day of the period and you are not charged for the next one. Your records are kept; you continue on the Free plan.

Subscriptions bought through a mobile app store (App Store, Google Play) must be cancelled in that store’s subscription settings.

Free trial

If you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, nothing is charged. If you have not cancelled by the end of the trial, the first period’s fee is charged.
