- For payments in other currencies (e.g. US dollars) the sale is made by our authorised reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom) as merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, and Paddle’s name appears on your card statement. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to this sale.
The checkout page shows which payment route applies before you confirm.
Buyer
The person signed in with a Spending Atlas account at the time of purchase who enters their details on the checkout page. For TRY payments the Buyer’s first and last name, mobile phone, city and billing address are collected on the checkout page.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the provision of the Spending Atlas Plus or Plus+ plan chosen by the Buyer as a digital service for the chosen period (monthly or yearly). Plan features are listed on the Pricing page.
3. Price and payment
- The price, including taxes, is shown on the checkout page before purchase. If a promo code is used, the discounted amount appears in the same place.
- Payment is taken by credit or debit card: on iyzico’s secure payment form for TRY, and through Paddle for other currencies. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and never reach the Service provider; the card is stored by the payment provider for renewals.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price at the end of the chosen period until cancelled. If the price changes, you are informed before renewal.
4. Free trial
Plus and Plus+ can be tried free for 7 days by first-time subscribers. Nothing is charged during the trial; if you cancel before it ends, no payment is made. If you do not cancel, the first period’s fee is charged when the trial ends. Accounts that have subscribed before are not offered a trial.
5. Plan changes
In every case, the amount to be charged and when the change takes effect are shown before you confirm.
- Subscriptions paid through Paddle: when switching from Plus to Plus+, the difference between the two plans for the remaining time of the current period is charged immediately. Moving to a lower plan or changing the period is calculated the same way.
- TRY (iyzico) subscriptions: moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly starts the new plan immediately and charges its period fee at that moment. Moving to a lower plan or from yearly to monthly takes effect when the paid period ends.
6. Performance
The service is activated on the Buyer’s account right after payment is confirmed (or the trial starts) and can be used with the same account on the web, iOS and Android apps.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of the contract date without giving a reason. The notice can be sent to info@spendatlas.app, or for Paddle payments also via the link in Paddle’s invoice email. On withdrawal, the amount paid is refunded to the card used within 14 days of the notice at the latest. Details are on theCancellation and Refunds page.
8. Cancellation
The Buyer can cancel the subscription at any time on the My subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period; plan features remain available until then and nothing is charged for the next period.
9. Disputes
The Buyer may submit complaints and objections to the consumer arbitration committee of their place of residence or of the place of the transaction, within the monetary limits set yearly by the Ministry of Trade, and to the consumer court for disputes above those limits. Applications can also be made online through e-Devlet via the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS).
10. Entry into force
By confirming the purchase on the checkout page, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. A copy of the agreement is always available on this page.
