Under Article 5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the following information is provided before the contract is concluded.

Seller and service provider

  • Seller for TRY payments: the Service provider. Payment is taken through the licensed payment institution iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.).
  • Seller for other currencies: Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom (authorised reseller, merchant of record).

Main characteristics of the service

The Spending Atlas Plus or Plus+ plan: a digital subscription that renews automatically for the period you choose (monthly or yearly). Plan features are on thePricing page.

Total price

The total amount including taxes, the period and any promo discount are shown on the checkout page right above the confirm button. There are no delivery or extra charges.

Payment and performance

  • Payment is taken by card: through iyzico for TRY and through Paddle for other currencies. The first 7 days are free for first-time subscribers.
  • The plan is activated on your account immediately after confirmation.
  • The subscription renews at the end of each period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time on the My subscription page, effective at the end of the period.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of the contract date without giving a reason and get the full amount back. Send your notice to info@spendatlas.app, or if you paid through Paddle, use the link in Paddle’s invoice email. The refund is made to your card within 14 days.

Complaints and objections

You can send complaints to info@spendatlas.app. Within the monetary limits you may apply to a consumer arbitration committee, and for disputes above them to a consumer court.
